- You should be able to find vinegar powder online. Quite a lot of people sell powdered cider vinegar, but you can also find balsamic and other types of vinegar. The photo on this page shows balsamic vinegar powder.
- If you have a dehydrator, you could also consider making your own powdered vinegar.
